So I did okay but not what I had hoped to achieve
I finished:
![In the Shadows](https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1383697920l/18527495.jpg)
![Brothers, Bullies and Bad Guys](https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1394993370l/17950202.jpg)
![Sinners, Survivors and Saints (Boulton Quest, #2)](https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1394518148l/21420485.jpg)
And made progress in:
Total pages read for the readathon= 972
I made my minimum goal (700 pages) However I had really hoped to read more (2000 pages). Yet life loves to
throw curve balls at you when you least want them. Still I made a
decent dent in my reading pile. I can't say that it is much shorter because
books have been added to the 'pile' since the readathon started but at
least I don't feel as guilty adding them :). However my review book ratio is less. I finished 3 titles, and made progress in 3 others (1 of which will be finished within the next day-VERY close to finishing). Yet only took 2 titles in. So that helps.
Pro to this readathon- I got a decent amount of reading done. The
concept for a read-a-thon really had me stepping up my reading,
allotting more time, etc
Con- I wish for more interaction. People engaging on twitter or
stopping by the posts and commenting it always seem to inspire me to
read more. While there was a twitter party I was not available and
otherwise no one engaged there really. Same with the posts. Those that
commented were already followers and not necessarily fellow
participants. Not to say I was much better. I replied and favorited a
few others' tweets but didn't blog hop much. Maybe a little more of a
push to encourage our fellow readers would be a good thing in the
future!
To those that did participate, I will try to make a few rounds to
wrap-up posts but if I miss yours be sure to leave me a link so I can
stop by! :)
Congratulations on reading so many books in a so little period of time! :)
