TGIF Weekly 23

T . G. I. F.  Weekly

For those of you who don't know, TGIF Weekly is a Friday post where I share 3 books I have sitting next to me that I want to read soon.  My goal was to always work on at least 1 of these books before the next Friday.
Now YOU decide what book I read first.  Leave a comment saying which book you think I should focus on and next TGIF post I will share a short blurb about what I think of the book. The blurb will only be for the book most voted for in comments.  Plus I will work on pushing the review out that much sooner.    *Please note that if a book is not read one week in may be on the list the following week!
Sorry for no post last week so the vote win is from 2 weeks ago.
Last weeks top vote:

Dark Souls (Dark Souls, #1) This was a fun read and I look forward to the sequel.   This was better than I expected to be honest.  Lots of pieces to put together to solve Emily's identity of what she is.  I won't say too much hear, mainly because I already posted the review a couple days ago.  See it here.  Normally this blurb give you a sneak peek blurb before my review but it was due for a tour and as I was unable to properly create post last week, this was done a bit backwards.  I hope that does not happen again!  Thanks, Sarah for the vote!

The Books for the coming week:

They make awager on the couple’s love, testing its strength through a series of cruel obstacles. But the tragedies draw Liam and Anna even closer. Frustrated, the creatures put the couple through one last trial—and this time it’s not only their love that’s in danger of being destroyed.

Tiger & Bunny, Vol. 1
Superpowered humans known as NEXT appeared in the world 45 years ago. Some of them fight crime in the city of Stern Bild while promoting their corporate sponsors on the hit show “HERO TV.” The people love their superheroes, even if they don’t completely understand them, and not all of the NEXT use their powers for good.

Veteran hero Wild Tiger has years of experience fighting crime, but his ratings have been slipping. Under orders from his new employer, Wild Tiger finds himself forced to team up with Barnaby Brooks Jr., a rookie with an attitude. Overcoming their differences will be at least as difficult for this mismatched duo as taking down superpowered bad guys!
