Dewey's Read-A-Thon update 2

 

So this afternoon was an all around bust!  The beach festival was extremely windy.  Impossible to do any reading.  In fact I am still shaking out sand from Thirst for even trying to read.  So the only reading was during lunch in the truck.  Otherwise my afternoon was spent chasing tarps, kites and helping kids.  Off to go shower then read for a bit. I do have a dinner event for us Festival hosts but otherwise it is reading, reading and more reading from here on out!!

Total Pages read:  143 pages

Sad....So sad..still have 1/2 the event to go. 

Lunch and snacks today so far: Pulled pork sandwich, mini Reese's peanut butter cup, Triscuits.

Read for Charity update:  So far-5 comments = 50 minutes of volunteer time from me.
