Wishlist Wednesday and Waiting on Wednesday, combo post (2)

So this is my second time joining the Wishlist Wednesday Blog Hop.
For me, I am using this to share with you books I want to get my hands on that are on my Wishlist.
Normally I keep all my wishlist books on Goodreads.   However a few family members have mentioned an Amazon wishlist so they can easily buy me what I want.  So I figure I would have both. What can I say, I have a weird compulsion for lists.  Anyone who knows me well can attest to that fact.
For the most part, these will be books already published (or will be published VERY soon).  So my list here is practical.  However, like all things in life, what I want and what I can get are two different things.  Usually it is finances that say NO.  Yet I will share these with you.  Who knows, maybe you might find a new treasure to add to your own list.

The Selection Stories: The Queen & The Favorite (The Selection, #0.4, #2.6)Two novellas set in the captivating world of Kiera Cass's #1 New York Times bestselling Selection series, now available in print for the first time! In The Queen and The Favorite, discover untold stories from the lives of two of the Selection series' most beloved characters.

Before America Singer's story began, another girl came to the palace to compete for the hand of a different prince. In The Queen, follow Prince Maxon's mother, Amberly, through the Selection that made her a beloved queen.

Marlee Tames came to the palace to win Prince Maxon's heart—but her own heart had other ideas. The Favorite goes behind the scenes of Marlee and Carter's life together, from the fateful night their secret was discovered to the events at the end of The One
.

Why do I want this:  I love this series and to get the extra perspectives of things is fun.  Either or both story would be wonderful to read!

Here I get to share with you an upcoming title I am anticipating to read that has not yet been released.

"From critically-acclaimed author Trish Doller comes a powerful new psychological page-turner perfect for fans of Lauren Oliver and Sara Zarr.
Eighteen-year-old Arcadia wants adventure. Living in a tiny Florida town with her dad and four-year-old brother, Cadie spends most of her time working, going to school, and taking care of her family. So when she meets two handsome cousins at a campfire party, she finally has a chance for fun. They invite her and friend to join them on a road trip, and it's just the risk she's been craving-the opportunity to escape. But what starts out as a fun, sexy journey quickly becomes dangerous when she discovers that one of them is not at all who he claims to be. One of them has deadly intentions.

A road trip fling turns terrifying in this contemporary story that will keep readers on the edge of their seats."

Release Day: June 2nd 2015
Why is this on my list:  It sounds like a fun thriller and I am curious to how it will play out.  A dangerous roadtrip sounds perfect for this summer!
