1. What are you reading right now?
Completed 1 book
3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon?
If I get to it-
4. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
Pet drama was small. I have been away all week and now that I am back home both my cats and my dog are demanding attention. So one hand is constantly petting a cat or tossing a toy for the dog it seems so my reading is a bit slow but still enjoyable.
The phone calls varied from 2 telemarket/scam type calls that just wasted a few minutes, throwing off my groove, and one was family...again being away all week everyone wants to talk to me and some missed the memo that I would call everyone on Sunday afternoon/evening. Oh well.
The Kitchen fiasco---don't ask. Suffice to say I had to put down my book and clean for nearly an hour. I will simply add that it was a klutz moment of EPIC proportions that I am sure many might wish they had a video camera recording it all....Bad, very bad....but luckily no injuries besides a couple bruises. Some food and dishes did not fare as well as I did in the end...
5. What surprises you most about the Read-a-thon, so far?
How many picture challenges there are! I get a few but as many as there have been? Wow... (and not necessarily a good wow)
Happy read-a-thon! :) Here's some cheer for you.
ReplyDeleteFrankenstein is absolutely amazing! I hope you've been enjoying it (and the rest of your RAT books!). And so sorry you had to deal with a kitchen disaster! Hopefully you've recovered. ;-)
