Stacking
the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, every
Weekend.
This is to share books I have acquired from various sources.
Physical books & ebooks both are
welcome. If its something being sent to me by mail, I will not mention it until I actually
receive it.
So I read 11 books this past week! And a good thing too! I had a bit too much fun on Netgalley this week! But I am (barely) holding to my restrictions of 1:2 ratio.
But before I do that I want your opinion on something. Do you prefer when I add summaries (like last weeks)with the books on my site (which does make my sts a longer post) or do you just prefer a quick link like I have today . Or how would you like to better see me structure these weekly posts? Any opinions shared would be appreciated. Thanks!
Now on to the books I received in hopes for a review
(I will have no life in August lol)......
Just click the image to like to goodreads summaries!!
Warning: Many of the books below are ADULT novels.
Mostly more obscure books but I have found my share of gems this way!
I'm more in favour of this format. I have a ton of blogs to visit each Saturday so I don't have time to look at every book on long lists. This condensed version works better for me and if a cover appeals, I'll check the blurb out on goodreads later.
ReplyDeleteGreat Haul. I don't recognize most of them. Some really cool covers. I hope you enjoy reading them and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! That is pretty insane for review books! They're all totally new to me! Hope you enjoy them all!
ReplyDeleteMy STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
nice stack of review books. A lot of your books look really good. Every once in a while, we all need some adult books. Great stack.
ReplyDeleteGrace @ Books of Love
I need the Copper Gauntlet!! I also have The Escape on my TBR list!
ReplyDeleteTHE COPPER GAUNTLET!!! Lucky you!!! Nice haul this week! Hmm...I do like the summaries for more obscure books, but a Goodreads link works just as well (and is A LOT less work for you). Enjoy your new books!

My StS
I've wanted to check out The Escape for a while. I read The Dare by the same author and didn't have much luck, but the Escape sounds excellent.
ReplyDeleteKrystianna @ Downright Dystopian
I haven't heard of any of these, but I hope you enjoy them all! Happy reading! :D
ReplyDeleteAriel @ Bookish Confessions
Hmm. I hope you don't mind, but I'm in favor of this format. Your summaries are awesome - and super helpful, but this is also easier to read. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on reading 11 books this week - that is a HUGE accomplishment!
My STtS
Oh my goodness, what an amazing book haul! I honestly only see two books that I probably wouldn't pick up. Excuse me while I do some quick writing in my TBR notebook because... yeah good choices.

I personally am very excited for 30 Days (30 Days #1) by Christine d'Abo. Sounds like my kind of romance.
ReplyDeleteI read and LOVE Finding Master Right. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. You have such a great list of books here. Several of them I will be checking out for myself!
ReplyDeleteThe Escape sounds really good!
ReplyDeleteI think I prefer the covers w/links. If the title/cover/author appeals to me, I'll click for the summary.
