Review: Huge turning points finally happen in this volume! Oh and a forewarnign
of lots of smut in this volume. That combined with a kidnapping made
this a fairly intense volume!
After Chiwa's outburst at Hokuto's family (see volume 3) things sem to go back to normal. But that created peace is not meant to last. Chiwa is kidnapped and a Hokuto must pay a price to get her back. Chiwa really begins to understand some of Hokuto's responsibility in this volume. So growing, learning, sacrifice and tension!
Then FINALLY they begin to express to each other and their marriage begins to be a real marriage. So lots of smut and happiness here. And for mature eyes only! Although to get to this point, we must first witness this couple go through a lot of doubt. Chiwa in particular struggles and needs to learn to be cautious turning to others!
I really do like this series! The balance of happy romance, and silly mistakes and all the roller coaster drama! While I do not see myself like Chiwa and would not be with a guy like Hokuto I do enjoy reading about them both. They are very different and still have a long way to go. Just like any relationship!

ReplyDeleteI've read Volumes 1 and 2...wasn't sure about continuing the series because it was going a little slow for me. However, I'm glad you mentioned that it picks up a little in Volume 4!
