I have been off for Christmas break for a week now, which is great and I have been working at my local bookstore once a week as well! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteIt's been cold and rainy; while we need the rainfall, it's kind of made me want to cocoon in the house! So, I've been cooking and reading a lot...

Winter's been good. Cold. No snow so far which is both good and bad, because I don't want to drive to work in it! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love the colder weather, and while it has been a mild winter here, it is always nice to snuggle down with some blankets. In terms of my LIFE, I work for the USPS, so this time of year is always CRAZY. I'm not sad for that part to be over.
ReplyDeleteI never experience winter or snow in the country I am living but when I see it on television, its wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThere was a snowstorm a couple weeks ago but since then it's been mostly rainy and cold. Hoping for some nice snow come Christmas time, but nothing too crazy that I'll have to shovel!
ReplyDeleteIt's been pretty good considering it only snowed one day so far. I'm in Las Vegas right now on a short Xmas Getaway so it's been fun :D
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been miserable with darkness and lots of snow. But Christmas is near, which is not bad once I get my presents.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been great and I'm specially looking forward to next week to go on vacation.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been great so far, since it hasn't snowed an inch yet!
ReplyDeleteso far so good but really tireing even exhausting as i worked non stop on handmade gift until yesterday so i'm reading deprived^^
ReplyDeleteSo far this winter has been pretty cold so eh... but at least it hasn't snowed yet!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
Winter seems like so long ago. We have a very mild winter in South Africa - not even cold enough for frost in our area! It is summer now and we are very very hot!
ReplyDeleteBest part of winter - hot chocolate. Best part of summer - ice-cream.
Thank you for the international giveaway :)
I live in Poland and there's no snow in my city so far and I'm devastated! I love white Christmas even if it's cold outside, but the atmosphere is amazing then :)
ReplyDeleteI'm spending the holidays with my family as always.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :)
I don't have any plans for winter but a little snow would be nice!
ReplyDeleteHappy Holiday! Thank you for participating!
ReplyDeleteI just love the wintery cold, though this year it's been a bit warmer than I'd like. Thanks for the giveaway :)
ReplyDeleteI live where we have just a little snow everyday (it seems) to keep any snow already on the ground clean and white. I can't wait until spring!
ReplyDeleteOur winter has been mild so far. My favorite thing about winter is curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Thanks for the great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been really boring actually. It isn't snowing where I am in Canada and I miss the mountains of snow we usually get. Other than that, I haven't been doing a lot of anything. Just frequently updating my tumblr and reading. The best part of my winter so far is just being able to spend time with my family and we are all so happy right now :) Its great but I do wish I was doing more. What about you??
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been wonderful! Now that I'm on Christmas break I'm getting a chance to catch up on all my reading!
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays!
Winter has been great! Cutting and spliting wood today
ReplyDeleteNo winter for me, I live in Singapore! But my term break just started so it's good! :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's been rainy and cold...more rain for tomorrow and Wed, too
ReplyDeleteNo snow yet, but it is cold.
ReplyDeleteSo far we have hardly had any snow. Last year at this time very cold and snow. I love to read any time of year but when it's cold outside it's nice sitting in the house and reading a fiction book.
ReplyDeleteWinter has been super weird. It was really really cold and then got really warm and all the snow melted. Now it's freezing again. I wish winter would make up its mind.
ReplyDeletehardly any snow and bounces from single digits up to 40s depending on the week
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been less than ideal. Too damp, rainy and cold. Hope it warms up and the sun comes out!!
ReplyDeleteWinter hasn't been too great yet. No snow, just cold and rainy. Hoping for a white Christmas.
ReplyDeleteWe had a little snow here last night, but when I took my dogs out this morning it was gone. I'm looking forward to the snow this year. hot flashes are no joke, and sometimes, face-down in a snowdrift sounds like a great idea :)
ReplyDeleteWe don't have snow in our country, but we feel the cold air even though it's always sunny. We're going to our province to spend Christmas with our relatives.
ReplyDeleteMine will be busy. My To-do list is enormous!
ReplyDeleteMy winter has had extreme weather changes, going from really cold to mild and pleasant with light rain.
ReplyDeleteMy winter sucks! I live in the south and it hardly gets cold here. Two day's ago it was in the 50's and today its in the 70's. I haven't seen snow but once in my life and that was when I was 4 and hardly remember it. I hate hot weather when its technically winter. But hey there are worse things in life. Thank you so much for the giveaway and I hope you have an amazing holiday.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been really good, since a lot of the busy stuff is over and I can relax for a while.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been very cold, not according to the thermometer, but according to me it has. I get very cold very easily and can always be found under blankets in the winter and sometimes in July! The best part of winter, for me, is when it ends!

Well, my winter has been okay, but I'm not really a fan of the winter besides Christmas and getting to hang out with the family. I just can't stand the cold or the snow. lol
ReplyDeleteJust got home from a nice vacation, now just waiting on Christmas to come!
ReplyDeleteWell, here in Brazil it's summer =/ which I actually hate, it's so hot! I wish we had cold winters, with snow and all that, specially at this time of the year.
ReplyDeletethe cold has subsided a little here so we're having good weather
ReplyDeletebut really the only thing about winter that's appealing to me is when I snuggle under the covers at home
My winter has been pretty good so far! It looks like it won't be a white Christmas, those are really rare around my area. Christmas shopping has been a pain! I've been running around thinking of what gifts to buy for my family and nothing has really caught my eye! I'm looking forward to just drinking hot chocolate and reading a nice, good book over my break. Thank you for this amazing chance! :)
ReplyDeletei live in brazil so winter in my city is non-existent! lol
ReplyDeletebeaches, party and drinks all the time!

ReplyDeleteThe weather has been gloomy but no snow yet, just rain. Driving tomorrow so I hope it holds out with no snow. I don't like winter at all so I'd rather not speak about it, lol Have a nice holiday ;)
ReplyDeleteI like in the San Francisco Bay Area, so we don't get snow outside the door (just in the mountains). It does get cooler and this year has been more rain than normal. I like the cooler weather and I enjoy over-wintering my garden with broccoli, cauliflower, beets and onions that I can harvest even this time of year!
ReplyDeleteNo snow, but happily catching up on my reading! :) Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteVery little snow so far, so I am happy.
ReplyDeleteI am excited to visit with family
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been fine so far. For the past few months I've been was working at a restaurant located just up the street from my house. I worked breakfast shift and had to get up in the middle of the night to go to work. I thought it would be easy to walk to and from home. It was so cold, though, that my brother started driving me to work because he was worried about me walking in the early morning dark with such bad wind chills. He's a sweetheart. Luckily I'm done with that job and moving on to a better one in the new year. :)
ReplyDeleteIt has been fine so far. I would like some snow to go skiing but at least it isn't too cold.
ReplyDeleteMy winter sucks....there's no snow, no ice. It's not even cold o.O
ReplyDeleteI love the cooler weather and snuggling up in bed. It has been a good mix of cooler days and warmer days.
ReplyDeleteThis is a bit sad but we don't have winter here in the Philippines. I've always wanted to go someplace where it's snowing during this season. South Korea or Japan, maybe? (Take me there!!!!!! :D)
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had snow so it doesn't feel like Christmas, but we're making the most out of it! :)
ReplyDeleteThe Raven Cycle Series by Maggie Stiefvater. It's the best!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm from Sri Lanka so no winter here but it's raining heavily and very chilly.
ReplyDeleteNo special winter plans, except that I was looking forward to The Hobbit movie, which I've already watched. I'm reading Tolkien's Unfinished Tales right now.
ReplyDeleteI plan to go to France this winter :)
ReplyDeleteNo special plans for the winter. I just hope to get some snow this year and I'm not doing anything special. Thanks for the great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy winter's been fine. I'm visiting my sister for Christmas which is nice and she has a new puppy! :) Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMy winter was wonderful. My family and me had a dinner together, after that we played texas hold'em poker. I'm happy that we were peaceful and ejoyed the harmony of christmas.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been good so far! I wish my kids would listen more but it is nice being all together! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMy winter is kind of normal. Nothing out of the ordinary and no snow for me either. So far, it's been drier than other winters, which I'm not complaining about
ReplyDeleteMy winter...... if I was a bear I would hibernated. The best parts are Thanksgiving and Christmas. Well, they are over now and I am taking down the tree. However, I don't like winter. It's cold, snowy or rather messy and the day's are too short.
ReplyDeleteMy winter is going fine right now. I don't like snowy and cold weather, but I just love the holiday season.
ReplyDeleteWe've had a day or two of cold weather (30). Currently its 77.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been decent. Although I dislike the cold, I love snow. So, I am glad that it has been snowing all day today. It's so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love winter!!! :D But, sadly, is summer here in Argentina :( Summer sucks!! ¬¬
ReplyDeleteSo far we've had a pretty mild winter. I always like one "snow" day a year since I'm a high school librarian. Just one "surprise" day that I get to go back to bed instead of having to get up, one extra day to read.
ReplyDeleteWinter has finally brought some rain to SoCal and stopped all of my plants from croaking.
ReplyDeleteLike the person above I live in the southern hemisphere - New Zealand, and its summer here. Warm and a little muggy. I like winter though, fires and read a book by them!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a relaxing winter, not so bad, just doing nothing really. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWe have an amazing winter here. Right now it's snowing and it's a great atmosphere! Christmas tree, Christmas lights everywhere, a good book and a cup of coffee... Yes, my winter is amazing! :D Happy holidays! :)
ReplyDeleteI've been a bit sick, but now that I'm getting better I can finally enjoy winter! I love this season.
ReplyDeleteThank you for doing this!
It's been cold
ReplyDeleteLet me see... Other than Christmas, which i love, I am not a huge fan of Winter. Only because of the cold, really, but that is a big deal to me. And to make matters worse, my amazing husband is from New Jersey (we are in SC), and we spent Christmas with his family. IT is so much colder up there. Brrr. Even so, I had an absolutely amazing Christmas with them! My one complaint? I didn't get to read. Like, at all. And that is depressing! I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and thank you for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love when it's cold. It doesn't get too cold here in Florida but when it does I love it!!
ReplyDeleteWinter is my fav season. Being reading a lot :)
ReplyDeleteSo far things have been so-so. I had to have surgery on December 4th and with a six-week recovery time, I didn't really have the holiday spirit. We didn't even put up our Christmas tree or any of our decorations. I have been too sick and tired to catch up on reading, so I have watched way too much TV. The little bit that I have ventured out has been awesome, but exhausting. I did get to go to Universal over the weekend and drink a butterbeer in Diagon Alley, so that cheered me up a bit.
ReplyDeleteWinter has been good, wet, but not too cold. Thanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteWinter has been pretty mild here really. We had a brown Christmas, but it snowed on Boxing Day so now everything is white and cold.
I usually hate winter because I'm terrified to drive in the snow and ice, but this winter I don't have to go out so much and I can cancel if the weather is bad. So, I'm loving staying inside where it's warm. We really need more snow for the skiers here. Happy new year!
ReplyDeleteWinter's been mild her in my part of Kansas so far just a bit of cold and snow. I don't really like it. Best part of winter is no mowing the yard and lack of bugs.
ReplyDeleteWorst Winter ever! Had to go spend thousands on medical bills!
ReplyDeleteWinter has been very mild up to this point and I have enjoyed this year overall.
ReplyDeleteMy winter had quite a rough start, but it seems to be smooth sailing right now. & I'm SO excited for New Year's Eve!! I can't wait to begin writing my New Year's Resolutions List!! :D
ReplyDeleteI don't have any plans for winter but a little snow would be nice!
ReplyDeleteI live in Florida where the 3 seasons are Hot, Really Hot and Hella Hot....so for me Winter's just another day at the beach (even though once in awhile I have to wear a sweatshirt)!
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays and thanks for the amazing giveaway!
Although I don't have winter where I live, the Christmas holidays were okay, quiet and peaceful after the chaos of shopping and cooking. Thank you for the giveaway, enjoy your day. :)
ReplyDeleteI love winter especially when it snow.
ReplyDeleteWinter has been pretty good this year, it's been mild and only started getting frigid this past week so I've been enjoying the weather! And spending time with my family.
ReplyDeleteWe don't usually have winter where I come from but it's quite cold out already :) Definitely better than it being hot all day :) Hope you have a great holiday season!
ReplyDeleteMy winter was pretty good, spend two weeks of November in Istanbul (Turkey) to attend my aunts wedding. We didn't have any snow in the Netherlands, which was a good thing because I dont like the cold!! (also we ride the bike to everywhere so with snow it would've been a lil bit of slippery!)
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been pretty good so far. I've been off work since December 23rd and don't go back until January 5th so I've gotten a lot of reading done :) It's been fantastic.
ReplyDeleteWinter isn't bad. I Love that I get to use my fireplace.
ReplyDeleteMy winter has been good so far!
ReplyDeleteI love the winter and the snow!
Thanks for the chance to win!
I love how pretty snow and everything is but I hate the cold and the driving conditions.
ReplyDeleteWe don't usually have a winter here in So Cal but we have actually had some rain in the past few weeks for a change and last night had snow. That was kinda weird.
ReplyDeleteMy winter, so far, has consisted of me having a respiratory illness and trying to get over it. I'm at 5+ weeks, now! Once I'm over that, my main plans will be to stay as warm as I can and to read as much as I can.
ReplyDeleteOur winter has been okay so far. I wish we would have had snow for Christmas though. I love snow. I just don't like the bitter cold temps we sometimes get.
ReplyDeleteOur winter here in FL has been cool. It's a welcome change from the hot, humid weather. We had a nice low-key holiday season just spending time with family.
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
